Objective Our team “L’equipe ASADA” dreams to participle Tour du France in 2010 with the Asian riders. and the most important things for this dream is to make experience of race in Europe. But young riders have to prepare to make the basic before the hard race season. |

History My brother Shinichi FUKUSHIMA he visited Chiangrai( North of Thailand)seven years before, where is his good Japanese friend Shigeru NAKAGAWA and his Thai wife Pi Noy they are running guesthouse there. and after he had stayed there one month,he called me to there and we made hard off training before leave to France. |

Term and Members of Training Camp And each year from December to February we stay there with our team mate and another young riders who come from all over the Asia, |

The Way of Trainng and Mr Shigeru, he let us bike pacer training more than 150km almost every day. And we can prepare not only for win Tour du Siam and Tour du Langkawi but also our most important season in Europe. His bike pacer training make us not only technique and power, but also the strong mind. Off course those young riders who are not yet enough experience, We can advise the way of not too hard training and good recovery to grow up. |
